We confirm

After we receive the goods, we will initiate a refund within 24 hours after confirming that the goods are correct and will not affect secondary sales. Funds will be returned to their original route. Thank you for your understanding.

Returnable items

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Other non-returnable items:

    • The packaging is damaged.

    • Products that have already been used.

    • Any item that is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts due to no fault of ours.

    • Any items more than 30 days after delivery are non-returnable.

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return the product you purchased to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

Items for sale

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item, please email {Tifae@triedstore.com} and send your item to: Our designated location.

If you need to return a product, you should mail it to: {160 meters northeast of the intersection of Wan Chai Interchange and Run Shing Street, Wan Chai District, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region}.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning a more expensive item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
